More Focus 21 intro...

Curious that this time I didn't feel that my body was deepening in relaxation as the Focus levels increased, as the first time I had this exercise. My cat decided to sit on my left leg near the beginning of the exercise, maybe that somehow interfered? Interesting how towards the end of the exercise when she decided to get off my leg, when I was going from Focus 12 to Focus 10, that suddenly my awareness felt deeper and more 'in tune' with the frequencies. Does the cats presence on my body interfere somehow?? Hmmm.

Anyway, in Focus 21, once again I saw the attempts of a scene trying to materialise before my inner vision. I had a feeling it might have been Ancient Egypt. Sort of in the marketplace or within the city. Saw a particular individual there.

Before that materialised, I heard a distinct male voice say to me 'Stephen Lachlan'. Was that the person's name who was communicating with me, trying to say who it was? Who knows?

Intro to Focus 21 once more

So, I've been on holidays and progressively working my way through the Focus levels in the Gateway Experience home series, once more...

Nothing overly impressive, experience-wise, in all the various levels I've been passing through, but it's been great reacquainting myself with all the subtle differences between the levels and their associated perceptive states.

Focus 15 is quite a wonderful place to 'be'. If nothing overly interesting happens 'there', it still is a wonderful state of peace, stillness and freedom.

Moved onto the Intro to Focus 21 exercise tonight.
*Note to self: There is ample and I mean lots of time in the preparatory process
for considerable application of all the requirements in each step, so no 'fast-forwarding' as is required in the Focus 15 exercises*

When I got to Focus 12, the physical body felt nice and heavy. Felt energy body movements in the legs.
Then, as Laurie took me down slowly to 21, I could sense the change in perception occurring very strongly, noticeably, and the body becoming more distant.

Once in 21, I had a strong overlay of a baseball match and my eye was on the batsman, ready with his bat about to swing when the ball was thrown. Interesting visual metaphor there.

After some time, I felt like I was moving toward a scene of something like a large dark dragon/female with pointed horns or protuberances of some kind.
The scene stayed stable and it was progressively becoming more focussed.
What was it, I wonder? Maybe more of it will turn up again in further exercises?

I gave gratitude as requested and asked permission to be helped more in further excursions in order to experience more.
We aren't allowed to stay long in Focus 21 in this introductory exercise, so not a lot of time for things to happen.
