Intro to Focus 10

Haven't used the Gateway Experience in such a long time but have instead been making regular use of the new recordings of TMI's Spatial Angle Modulation which are pretty incredible I must say.

Used the first Focus 3 exercise earlier and was amazed by how much in the way of visuals etc were present considering it's such an 'early' Focus state. Very impressive.

Just now I made use of the Intro to Focus 10 as a refresher exercise as I haven't used the GE for such a long time and I thought I should go slowly through the main Focus levels again, getting accustomed to them so I don't unexpectedly 'click out' as can happen with lack of familiarity with them.

Was pretty amazing. As I was relaxing through the 10 point system I had difficulty remembering each instruction that Robert had just given, like an immersive amnesia of sorts, which was fairly amusing. Finally got to 10 and felt very comfortable, relaxed and all the various things that were perceived were done in a balanced, detached way, which would have been helped from all the AYP Deep Meditation practices, I think. A 'witness' in action.

As I was lying there watching whatever unfolded, it then looked like the head outline and the pair of almond-shaped eyes of an alien was resting right in front of me in my field of vision, just watching me intently. It lingered for a while then my attention went to something else and it reappeared once more. Quite persistent.

Went back to '1' while feeling like I wasn't really listening to Robert's instructions, so a good sign I was very detached, relaxed.
