Ordered a nice, new eye mask to use in conjunction with the Hemi-Sync exercises to block out any ambient light. Hope to get it tomorrow in the post as I'll be able to see so much more that it will be amazing.
Used 'Intro to Focus 12' exercise.
Hung around in Focus 10 for a bit and got slightly bored with its 'plain' quality. Then moved into Focus 12 and started to feel a bit different...very gradual.
Even though my room wasn't dark enough to experience the full effect of being in Focus 12, I could somehow sense much was starting to build/unfold in that particular state and I patiently waited, watched and listened.
Was really relaxing into it and I heard someone speak very clearly "Arcturians (we are)". Filed that bit of info away for future research. 'Arcturians'?
Just enjoyed being at this level and saw a screen like a computer screen with my initials 'jrm17871' down at the bottom and two hands apart cupping inward in a gesture to form 'parentheses' or to highlight this description. Like an auto symbolic gesture of personal identification of sorts.
Waiting further and saw something like a mesh-type network of a filmy substance, floating and undulating in a vertical fashion like some sort of barrier right in front of me. Even though the ambient light in the room was probably too strong, it was still quite visible in the grey-ish view in front of me.
Can't wait for the eye mask and how things will DEFINITELY start to be noticed. ;)
Love Focus 12 so much.....can't wait to make it and the higher Focus levels a familiar and long-term friend. Listening to my Hemi-Sync products with my iPhone and using sound-isolating earphones is just the best experience.
Further down the track, after Focus 21 has been experienced and thoroughly integrated, there is always the possibility to make use of the 'Going Home' series (Subject album), to experience Focus 27 in the exercises 'Homecoming' and 'Right of Passage'.
Follow up: So it seems the Arcturians are an apparent race of alien beings?
